Rush Creek Elementary

Opportunities to thrive

Beyond the classroom, students have additional personalized opportunities to learn and grow. In our Makerspace, students put their technology and engineering skills to the test, and scholars on the Library Advisory Group help to choose books and encourage other students to read.

Building a Better Future, Phase II ballot question: Addressing school needs to provide learning spaces that are secure, modern and structured to equip students for tomorrow

Community members will be asked to consider addressing school building needs on Nov. 7, 2023. If approved, the tax increase would be less than $7/month for the average-value home ($300,000). Priorities include:

  • Secure learning environments with enhanced safety.
  • Spaces for math, science and career programs, specialized learning services and growing student populations.
  • Access to similar learning experiences at all district schools, including program opportunities, class size levels and the functionality of spaces.
